Leadership development of Black and visible minorities is one of the core strategic objectives of BlackTECH. Our leadership development program is designed to leverage the different ways in which people learn – reading, listening, observing, and doing.

The Management Accelerator stream is designed for professionals looking at transitioning into team lead positions, supervisory positions, and early-to-mid-career managers aspiring to take on senior leadership positions. The program outline includes – leadership awareness sessions, leadership training, leadership networking, and leadership coaching/mentorship.

The program will equip participants with knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques required to further elevate their leadership abilities. The unique model focuses on developing Black professionals into leadership positions through teaching sessions, mentorship sessions, networking skills, case studies, observation sessions, role play, action planning, and executive sponsorships.

The Executive Leadership stream is designed for senior leaders who are aspiring for C-suite positions. This program will strengthen the skills and capabilities of leaders required for effective leadership and drive transformational change to succeed in today’s ever-changing and dynamic business environment. This stream will be delivered in conjunction with a Canadian Institute.
